      BB checks, Hero bets $0.40, BB calls $0.40.

      Turn: ($1.30) Q:club: (2 players)
      BB checks, Hero bets $1.00, BB calls $1.00.

      River: ($3.30) 9:club: (2 players)
      BB bets $1.65, Hero raises to $5.80, BB raises to $10.35, Hero folds.

      Final Pot: $19.45

      I try to bluff him out after he checks his blind.
      River looks like a block bet so I raise.

      Preflop: Raise it up.

      Flop: As played, I would try a bet on the flop and give up after the call.

      Turn: just check behind with fourth pair.

      River: No point in trying to bluff an unraised pot.

      On general note bluffing in micro stakes is usually unprofitable since the FE is way too low.

      These are good arguments. I'd like to add that Q is very scary card for him and second barreling is VERY GOOD in this spot.

      Just give up the river. You could also just check behind turn , but since you still have some sd value and the fd might still be out there I would also second barrel just to get a free showdown and value from the fd and to fold some other PP or Tx/2x he might have floated the flop
