Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      CO:
      $2.58
      BU:
      $1.85
      SB:
      $3.93
      BB:
      $9.75
      UTG2:
      $3.02
      MP1:
      $9.34
      MP2:
      $4.74
      MP3(Hero):
      $17.82

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4, 4.
CO posts deadblind, CO posts deadblind, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.5, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.9, BB folds, Hero calls $0.40.

      Flop: ($2.05) Q, K, A (2 players)
SB bets $3.03, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $2.05.

      Is the preflopcall OK?
I have to call 0.4 into1.65 pot. He seems to have strong hand(maybe, he was loose), so he would have invested all his chips withevery flop. that makes 4.68 to win with only 0.4 to call. it makes about 1:12. I hit set once every 7.5 hands - so itis right to call ?

Mathematically you getting the implied odds to call.
Remember that there are more aspects when calling for a set value.
For example, how often your opponent will be willing to go broke with an OP,
Are you going to play OOP which makes it difficult to extract maximum value when you do hit.
In this hands it seems that you have both which make the call EV+.
