Hand converted with online hand converter:

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 9.
4 folds, CO calls $0.10, 2 folds, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.25) 9, 3, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10.

      Turn: ($0.45) 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.30, CO raises to $0.6, Hero calls $0.30.

      River: ($1.65) A (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.65, Hero calls $1.65.

      Final Pot: $4.95.

Got a very good flop. Now was my question how to get more value...
Is my line OK? river I only called, because he showed some aggression and there were hands that beat me.
I think myself that my line is too weak.

C/C the flop with the second nuts.
B/F calling the turn which will can induce a bet from him on river. ( I would actually C/R it right here.)
You played the hand nicely until the river.

Your hand is so so strong here.
The hands that beats you are: 99,88,AA and A3. Any one of them is unlikely.
It's unlikely he is going to limp with 99,88,AA.
The only hand that he might limp with is A3 but since there are two 3 on he board and you hold one it's very unlikely he has a 3.
So you are going to be in front here very very often.
Since he did show signs of a strong hand I'm going to C/R big here to extract maximum value from my hand and make it 5$.
