      You can treat CO's raise as two cc to MP1 raise and make it 0.4x5 = 2$
      ( 0.4x(3+#cc) )

      Post flop, I would cbet too (fold to F cbet = 70% ) against this guy.
      After his C/R it's an easy call (even against a set), you are getting almost 3:1on your money.

      I don't mind raising preflop even bigger, 3x0,78+0,4= ~$2.80, would be my raise.
