      I guess preflop you could raise , I would just complete here because I get such good odds and I don`t really want to play big pots OOP even against fishes.

      On the flop I would aslo bet pot for value and protection.

      Turn is scarecard for him also so I would bet it there too. I would make it a little more tho , ~.80.

      River there are really so few worse cards that will call a bet that I`m just c/c a reasonable amount to catch a missed fd and c/f if he bets really strong.

      Preflop complete is good, no need to raise against these guys you can play hit or miss poker. One limper I'd raise though.

      Flop is fine, turn you need to bet more because a draw is still likely - $1 or so. Betting this small is pretty bad.

      On the river though I think actually you can pretty safely C/F, it's a freeplay and any Q, any T has you beat.
