      You could 3bet preflop, but calling is fine, too.

      As played i like the c/c at the flop and the turn since this way he has a lot of hands in his range that you beat.

      At the river you got several options depending on your opponents style of play.
      Check and fold is ok i guess since your opponent should check behind his medium hands with SD- value, so his betting range is polarized towards monsters or air, but w/o any reads i'd say it's likely to be weighted toward monsters.

      Another option would be to blockbet/fold the river, since your opponent likely is no reg (given his stats) he won't exploit that.
      By donkbetting like 1/3 of the pot you still get value from his medium strength hands.
