I'm having difficulties with such turn donk bets from loose opponents, how would you explain this? Sometimes this means nuts, sometimes they make this just for fun.. Folding TPTK against him is ok?

On the turn you can't fold TPTK to a donkbet, but on the river you should fold to his overbet. If he was bluffing you, nh.. but those river bluffs are very expensive, wait for a better hand and stack him next time ;)

On the turn you might try to actually raise him with tptk if he often donks like that. Good fold on the river like Volrath said.

      +1

Few players are bluffing at those limits and even if they are , better to just let them have it and valutown them when you have a real hand.
