      If you don't mind the variance you might call. I guess it's +ev, especially if you've seen him bluffing in such spots. I think he might also shove like that with draws sometimes.

      But you may as well fold and wait for a better spot if you don't feel like taking risks. Anyway make a note on what he played that way.

      I am also Calling, if he even has the nuts or 9x hand, why the heck should he shove on turn? He could just make a normal bet and get also us into the pot by just shoving he is just kicking us out. After the Call is made I am definitely noting him down with what he is doing such moves, otherwise he could be scared from any kind of draws and that's why he decided to push with 9x hand and hoped that you would Call with any Jx hand. And to your question then sure you can fold if you have some kind of reads on him, that's why making notes is important.
