Not much you can do differently against a total unknown, he can have Qx there a lot and you would miss value by not shoving the river.

If you got creamed, make notes on his play after showdown

      - what he limp/called with preflop
      - what he 2xminbet/called the flop and called the turn with, how does that make sense to him
      - what better hand he checked to you on the river and, in his mind, why

Although if he is passive enough to play a set the same way he plays a Q there is not much you can do.

I'm not sure if i like the river shove, i think vs an unknown i'd check back.
The reason is that at the river any connector 43-76 has you beat.
Furthermore if your opponent is a fish he possibly won't recognize that you have almost no 5x hands in your and be scared with Qx unless he has 2pair ("man i can't fold 2pair!!11").
So he'd call most of his better hands and fold most of his worse.

Depends on what you think of this guy from only this hand i guess.

He's open-limping the CO, i think he's bad enough to take TPxK all the way by taking a c/c line.

If we assume he bet/called the flop with just a small pair 3x, 6x or a straight draw 54, he would likely bet again if he had improved to 2 pairs or a straight.

I guess i'm wrong in the end because that hand got posted here, but whatever :)
