The villain is 13/11 in 25k hands with a 3bet of 3.5%. I should never have taken him all in here, but I didn't know how to evaluate his play. I guessed he had a lowish pocket, maybe 99 or TT so I was happy enough for the flip, but I also thought he might be responding to a weird play against the calling station of the table (the first limper) that I made two hands before... But maybe I was thinking on too high a level... or too low.

I would fold here, he seems pretty tight and his limp/raise could be a monster like KK+. I think AJ is not good enough to push after 4bet.

you can look at his limp% in mp 13/11 looks like he doesn't limp alot and it will often be a trap. easy fold to his limpraise. btw i would prefer pushing directly with under 20bb oop, 3,5bb safe and a loose pushing range should make an higher profit then raising and seeing a flop.
