Hard to say anything SBvsBB with no history, his stats over 59 hands are not really conclusive. He seems ok-ish, maybe a bit loose with coldcalling preflop.

He has Ax, Tx, something else like another PP that doesn't buy your c-bet, a gutshot, or a flushdraw, when he calls the flop.
Since the A is paired on board he probably won't believe you for it, so he probably won't fold anything he called with on the flop to a turn bet, and if he had a flushdraw he just got there. If he was floating with trash he has to try and represent that flush card if he knows what he is doing.

77 is a 2-outer if you're behind, meaning it's not the right type of hand to get tricky with in blinds battles. I probably wouldn't 2nd barrel it without knowing more about his preflop BB flatting range here, and wait for something with more equity to make a move on him. I'm c/f the turn.

I think barreling there is fine
He would often call flop with KQ, QJ and might fold to turn barrel.
also he could lay down Tx to your turn barrel.
