Just wondered how everyone was getting on with the bonus clearing.

It seems that the merit points system seems very geared towards sng's and tourneys as you get 15 points for each $1, where as in cash games you only get 2 points for each $1 rake.

Is the rake contributed rake or all rake taken while sat at the table (forgotten the official name for it)

I'm play HU NL50 at the moment and i'm gaining points very slowly even with double points! So I just wondered how everyone else was getting on.

To be honest I'm finding points coming a lot slower as well. I seemed to have points flying in when I played at mansion and even though they lowered thier requirement to 1000 points per bonus release, Bet365 is 1200.

Unfortunately I already grinded out my bonus at Mansion but after I finish grinding out my bonus at Bet365 I am going to have to do the calculation as to what site gives better cash bonuses. Mansion still seems to give points faster at about a 25% rate roughly.

      I must appologize for speculating.

Although it is true that it is faster to clear first deposit bonuses at Mansion Poker than at Bet365, the case is not the same for cash bonuses bought with points.

It is decieving to look at the Mansion poker Loyalty system because of the 3 month and 6 month bonuses they give for maintaining loyalty levels. Simply put these loyalty bonuses can be broken down into a monthly bonus and then you can calculate your ability to release cash bonuses.

I went down the list of cash bonuses between Bet365 and Mansion poker and in every case I got almost the same equation.

It seems bonuses are released at a 1.00/1.60 rate with the same time and hands played. For instance if it took 1 month of playing a certain amount to release 100 dollars, it would take 1.6 months to release it at Mansion.

This is of course simplified, as the Mansion system gravitates around the need to clear the 6 month loyalty bonus. If you dont clear this bonus your oing to be even farther behind.

The bottom line is at no point do cash bonuses at Mansion release faster than cash bonuses at Bet365. I think it would be intresting for someone to compare this system to the Pokerstars system to see what is more efficient, as I was sure the Pokerstars system did not have a 1.00/1.60 efficiency rate over Mansion.

I'm doing pretty well, I've been playing NL100 SSS and playing for the survivor bonus (20 days at 1000 points a day) and the $600 cash bonus (so I need 25000 points that will double to 50000). The merit point system seems fine to me on cash tables. I think the 2 merit points goes to everyone at the table, so if there are 10 people at the table, $1 rake = 20 points but divided by 10. That's my understanding.

      Hello

the merit points system is better for cash game players.
As you can see here: bet365 VIP Program - Double Points for 3 weeks! a cash game player gets at NL100 FR about 25MP/$rake.

e.g if a pot is $10,they take $0.5 rake. So if there are 10 players at the table everyone payed $0.05 rake (MGR) and gets 1 MP.

      Best regards

      Hi Alex,

      thats quite easy:
Just copy/paste the skript into the file: customstats.txt
You might find it in the folder C:\...\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Reports
If there is no such file in Reports, use the Windows Editor to create the customstats.txt with the skript in it.

After restarting HM you can add the BET365 Points, Mansion Club Points or TITAN Club Points like normal stats. (cash games / Stats selection the green + In the lower right window "Custom Stats" don´t forget to refresh ;) )

      Best regards
