      River: You are getting almost 2:1 pot odds. this means that if is bluffing a call will be profitable one out of three times. If you have any reads that is capable of bluffing in this spot then go ahead and call. If is rather more like a passive fish I tend to fold cause I don't think he is going to raise us with weaker hands.
