      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.50(BB) Replayer
      SB ($0)
      BB ($9.88)
      Hero ($12.75)
      UTG+1 ($59.92)
      UTG+2 ($0)
      MP1 ($56.30)
      CO ($6.94)
      BTN ($25.12)

      Dealt to Hero K:diamond: 5:diamond:

UTG+1 calls $0.50, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero checks

      FLOP ($1.25) 5:spade: K:spade: A:diamond:

      Hero bets $1, UTG+1 calls $1

      TURN ($3.25) 5:spade: K:spade: A:diamond: 7:spade:

      Hero bets $2, UTG+1 calls $2

      RIVER ($7.25) 5:spade: K:spade: A:diamond: 7:spade: 8:heart:

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $5.16, Hero calls $5.16

Villain is 19/13 with 2.6 AF after 460 hands.

What's the best way to play here? I decided to check/call river because I figured he'd only call my push with a better hand than mine. Perhaps I shouldn't have given up the hand earlier?

If I had any self control, I would check fold the river. Any flush has us beat and Ax :spade: seems within villain's range. Maybe play check call the turn instead of betting out and fold River if villain bets again...

      Hi Dandy

I would bet $1.25 Flop and $3 then on the Turn (Pot is $3.75 if you had bet Pot Flop)

This way with 2 barrels, you pretty much know where you are standing on such a board.

Now I would have bet $2.5 - 2.75 like to increase the pressure on him by betting bigger

I think shoving is better than c/c since if he has like Ax or set, he defo folds to a 3rd barrel.
