when the table is tight, i limp with marginal hands like KJ or AT at the button when i have some limpers, or raise with 1limper max to steal. Good, bad?

I complete this too (mabye I'm too loose)

But in general if he table is tight you can get a bit looser. If the table is lose get tighter :)

You overraised this flop again in my opinion the pot is 0.7$ big so a raise of 0.8$ should do it. (again I'm unsure here)

Completing the SB is fine but limping from late isn't such a good idea with many limpers in the hand, you will often face difficult situations on the flop.
A hand like 56s is much better then AT is in such a spot.

If you have a tight table, best you can do is : Switch the table :)
With the SSS we like a very loose table best because our raises and All-Ins will more likely get payed off.
