Dont call 3bet preflop with AQ - enev when you hit 2 pair here, you dont know where you are (except, if he folds).
I would bet flop also, but seems like he has some monster (people try to check/raise as preflop aggressor with monsters often). although folding this flop seems weak, it is good here (he may have like AK, JJ and tries to bluff you out, but more likely he has you beat).
Turn: if you played flop that way, just check behind.

      This smells like a monster.

But preflop you should raise to 0.25. Without reads, I'm folding this open limp/ min raise but make note of this play. As played, definitely bet the flop, but even with TPTK, if he check/raises you again, it's likely you are beat. I personally would fold because there are much better opportunities to stack players like these.

If you're unwilling to fold TPTK, then just shove it on the flop.

In the UTG+1 position, I'll just fold AQ.

      That's my personal preferences though.

      Limp/re-raise = monster

You can play any hand vs this except Ax hand. Suited connectors are good, pps. stuff like that because villain is a fish and gives you ca. 100bb implied odds.

players tend to play strange sometimes with all sort of hands, so I´d played it the same way
