      Calling is fine, you have top pair and some backdoor draws, but it's not enough to be willing to get it in right there.

      On the turn his bet is rather small, but given that he's minraising to begin with he probably doesn't know what he is doing so it could mean anything. I would definitely call again if the turn had improved my hand with a draw because we're 150bb deep and our hand might be best. Here UI i don't know really, you may have the best hand and yet i expect him to fire again smallish on any river so it's gonna cost us to see a showdown.

      I would probably dump it the first time around and see if he does something similar again in later hands to get a better feel of what he is doing.

      The call on the flop is fine as tamairlarace said.

      At the turn i'd call again, you just need to be ahead 25% of the time and you still may have some outs.
      Additionally he could still very well be bluffing - but if he's firing another barrel at the river you've got a rather easy fold (the reason for that is that i feel most aggro donks don't fire 3 bluffbarrels).
