Villain looks a bit like a calling station to me and I guess a lot of his range has hit hard. I can't imagine him folding two pairs or many pair + straight draw combinations.

Guess we should really do some EV calculations but its hard to say exactly what range he is limp/calling and then with what range he is prepared to call the cbet.

you're forgetting that a calling station will call all lower pockets to your 77 and can sometimes call hands like AQ, AK, Ace rag as well.

Anyway, If you have that feeling of being beat on the flop I advise just giving up. Maybe its -EV and a bit unbalanced but you're still only losing $3 instead of $10 and you don't have to beat yourself up for shoving against your gut and losing. However, if you get this feeling on a lot of flops maybe you are tilting and should have a quick rest.

      Hey dandycal,

I would c/f this hand all the way. I see only few worse hands that will call our push, that's 22-66(I'm also not completely sure opponent is calling those on this board). Against all other hands we're breaking even or way behind. AK/AQ has tons of outs on us and any made pair has us beat badly and I don't think opponent is willing to lay down any pair with 41 WTS.
