Another situation similar to my last hand. Opponent is a very aggresive player. In this board i get 2 pair , but the last card is really scary. How should i act on the river ,as the pot gets larger ? Should i use the scare card to bet on my opponent ? Is the fold a good option considering he is a very aggresive player?

Bet about pot on the turn to protect on such a draw-heavy board, you really need that protection.
Further you should block bet/fold on the river because you won't be able to call a big bluff or value bet. Bet $0.30 on the river and fold to a raise
