Villain is loose in selection but nitty in raising (28/6). If he has a flush - and check raising that turn is retarded without a flush - you are getting the last $22.85 raise in at less than 20% to win. Zero fold equity.

Might as well call the turn raise and see. Might save you $22.85, unless you feel you couldnt fold TPTK on the river there. Villain is going to have a harder time folding their 7 high flush if the draw hits than you would have laying if it doesnt.

Actually unless you think villain will pay your hit on the river the correct turn action was a fold ($14.50 into a $49 pot = 30%, you hold less than 20% equity against a made flush or set), while the turn was probably a good position to check behind for pot control. No point protecting from a draw that already completed.

I´d bet at least 3$ on the flop
I think bet/shove on the turn is fine, since your hand is too strong to fold.
