      It's fine to c-bet, that board is likely to have missed your opponent and your hand is not strong enough to try and check it down, as you can get outdrawn by virtually any card in the deck. You sometimes get value from overcards and flushdraws that he peels with, but you are happy to take it down right on the flop, and you have to fold if you get any action unless you improve yourself.
