SB is soooo callhappy, he sees most of the flops regardless of preflop action :D

      PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      SB ($75.45)
      Hero (BB) ($49.20)
      UTG ($58.65)
      MP ($60.15)
      Button ($50.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A
2 folds, Button bets $1.50, SB calls $1.25, Hero raises to $5, 1 fold, SB calls $3.50

      Flop: ($11.50) 8, 7, 3 (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero ???

I am always having trouble playing vs callingstations with AK/AQ type hands on missed flops.
Should I cbet at this point or take free card vs callingstation?
Considering that SB most likely will call any pair, underpair and any draw and maybe even Ax hands

      4bet bigger to about 6$ - 6.5$ .

Check ugly flop behind and see a turn vs callingstation.

You 3bet should be bigger indeed, you don't want BU sticking around for cheap with position on both you and the fish, and since SB is bad, he will call any amount if he wants to play his hand, so charge him big and be happy to play a huge pot in position with him.

I agree on the flop also, there is no point in making a continuation bet with AK-high against a player who won't fold anything. Sometimes giving up (unless you hit on later streets of course) will lose you less money.

      Hope it helps.
