Preflop: Hero is BU with K, Q.
      MP2 calls $0.10, MP3 calls $0.10, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.6, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.50, MP3 calls $0.50.

      Flop: ($1.95) K, 2, A (3 players)
      MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets $1.20, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $1.20.

      Turn: ($4.35) 3 (2 players)
      MP3 checks, Hero bets $2.00, MP3 calls $2.00.

      River: ($8.35) 8 (2 players)
      MP3 checks, Hero bets $4.30, MP3 calls $4.30.

      Final Pot: $16.95.

I figure I could check the river also, but villain is such a fish he could have almost anything - his WTSD was 31%, W$SD was 38%. Is my value bet ok?

60 hands is not a lot for showdown stats, so I would most likely check it behind without any history. If you saw him calling three streets with 2nd or 3rd pair than it's perfectly fine for me to bet 3 times for value here, but just from the stats I would play it safe and check the river.
