I would shove it preflop and make a note on what this minraise means. Calling is not good cause you're giving AK a chance to hit and if it doesn't, he won't put a penny more into the pot. Against AA, KK you're dead anyway so it doesn't make much of a difference (the only exception beeing him holding AA and K showing up on the flop, where you might get away).

You think i should always shove QQ against similar situations? What if his raise was 4.5$ ?

      thank you for your answer

In 8-handed game I probaby would shove, but...

I'm playing at 6max only so I've lost some of my "feel" for full ring games. What I know is that 99% of the people on nl10 don't care if there's 10, 9 or 7 people at the table and they don't adjust their ranges. If they're plaing by the chart or some sort of strategy (which they've found on a site or invented themselves) which says "only go broke with KK and AA" they will stick to it even when 3 people leave or sit out.

Anyways, I think that both shoving and folding are better than calling here. Which one you chose is the question of your style, your reads on the villain and how much you like variance.

      I´d shove pf
his 4-bet range is likely wider than QQ and unless he is doing that for bluff I doubt he´d fold to shove
      fold flop is fine

I might be wary if he was a nit like 8/5 stats but this guy could have anything. Only 2 hands beat you. You beat way more than 2 hands!

Be happy if he raises big and try and get him all in pf.
