      It would be extremely hard to get him off anything on that board cause he most likely has a gutshot to go with his pair and he's not folding it easily. I would cbet and then c/f.

      c/f turn seems better, since I don´t expect player to call flop bet and then fold to turn barrel
      you can sometimes barrel river, although I doubt you´d bet there anything less than Jx, so if he has two pair I´d expect him to call.
