      I don't think the river shove is always a flush, it could only be him realizing that he doesn't have much left anyway so why not go all-in. Since you will get called again by top pair, b/c is fine given the odds you force on yourself.

      Overall i like your line, i would likely bet a bit more along the way since these players (tight stats preflop but low postflop aggression) tend to have a hard time letting go of their hand, so i don't think they mind the bigger bets when they want to call you down.
