SB bets $0.90, Hero raises to $2.50, SB folds,

I'm not sure about PF play as for flop too :) IMO: Sample is not big though villain has a PF3bet of 8% Villain seems to be solid, so he might my MP3 raise 3bet with a wider range- so I decided to call in position. He bets smallish on flop, but I guess calling is bad here, so my idea was to raise him and fold to action, is this acceptable here? How much should I raise?

FR AJ should likely be fold against 3-bet pf
I think just calling and betting turn is better line than raising and getting your money all-in on that board
although, raise is also fine, since he could hold there draw, which me might call/shove on the flop
