      FLOP ($3.30) 5:club: 3:heart: 7:club:

      SB bets $2.10, Hero folds,

I was not sure what to do, guess I should have 4bet him and play for stacks, but this time decide just to call IP- however IMO sometimes in such situations he might make me fold even the best hand with him holding something like AQ or AJ. How would you play here?

This guy is kinda loose for FR, A 3bet of 9% includes a range of {88+, ATs+, KTs+, QJs, AJo+, KQo} which you got 60% equity against. I'm 4betting here against this guy even IP. Even if we cut his 3bet pf% to 7% you are still a favorite.
When you just flat call like you said, if you miss the flop and he c-bets it's going to be hard for you to continue with your hand which means that sometimes you will have to fold the best hand.
