      Again just call, the pot size is so small compared to his raise, probably best to call/fold here.

      Also keep in mind 9 and 10 suited aren't very high flush draws, you could be beaten by a J, Q, K and A.

      I´d likely would just call on the flop, since there are still people behind you and you shouldn´t get all-in 100 bb on the flop with just a flushdraw by getting good odds
      you can always bet when you hit your flush
