      I would just call, calling his all in and raising him gives you negative pot odds.

      flop: If he got two over-cards he only have 6 outs, if he has an overpair he isn't going anywhere-> when you 3bet you only make worser hands fold.
      It's true that if you just call,the turn is a over card and he second barrel you probably have to fold (considering the pot odds of course) unless you have a good read that he is capable on double barreling with over cards. Sometimes we might fold the best hand, but that's ok, we can't win every pot.

      As played: Against an OP (which is usually what he has in this spot) a call to his 4bet is EV+.
