      That guy can have a worse overpair or a top pair on the flop and he probably won't fold it unless the board gets scary with overcards and spades on the turn and the river, which means we'd rather stack those hands now. He might also have a flush draw against which we should protect, tho i don't know how he will react to a 3bet with it. Even if he happens to have a set you have the As for the BDNFD so you still have outs.

      Unless you have some kind of read on his flop minraise, indicating that he wouldn't do that with just an overpair (in which case you want to call and possibly fold to big bets on later streets) or that he only does it as a bluff (in which case check/calling the hand down is probably best), i would 3bet here and look to get it in against hands like TT.
