      * If you c-bet will he fold better hands or call with worse hands ? Does he play his draws aggressively ?

I don't think he'll fold any better hand, he might call with some worse pocket pairs or the occasional flush draw. If he plays his draws aggressively on the flop then you might get c/r'd off you hand, which sucks and thus gives you less incentive to c-bet.

      * If you check behind the flop will he bet the turn with worse hands that he would fold to a c-bet ?

That depends on how bluffy you think he is, i can't really help you there. The more he will react to a flop check by betting the turn the more you'd like to check behind and bluff-catch one bet on the turn in position.

If you don't know, both c-bet/f c/f c/f and cb c/c c/f are decent options, possibly even cb c/c c/c if you think he'll always put you on a weak hand and try to take you off it when you check behind the flop.

      Hope it helps.
