      with two limpers you should raise to 0.40+2*0.10= 0.60$

      The flop is good for a continuation bet of 2/3 pot (0.8$)

      Min reraises on this limits is very often a sign of big strength, he probably beats you, i think the best here is to fold.

      he could raise there with worse hands, so putting him all-in is fine
      against some passive players you could find tight fold.
