I'm thinking I have to raise at some point in the hand and it might as well be here on the flop. Villain is loose and I'm hoping he'll call most Aces in his range. Should I maybe call flop Raise or bet turn?

You can't just call flop because of the flushdraw. You have to raise always, both for value and protection.

What would you do if you just call, the third appears in the turn and he donks again?. I wouldn't like to just call again, I wouldn't like raising and I'm obviously not folding. So we also raise flop to avoid this problem (with a bigger pot we can go broke easier with our FH outs)

I would raise to build bigger pot, if he has there Ax, then he isn´t folding to your raise and would also likely call turn bet.
