      Hi,

I have a few questions regarding bronze article "Pre-flop: Advanced Play Before the Flop". It contains Extended charts for playing before the flop. These are the questions:

      1) there is nothing about the situation when we raise or call and one or more players raise behind us, how should we play in that situation?

      2) at the bottom of chart "Actions against callers in front of you - Calling/Raising" it says: Important: Hands, that should be raised according to this chart, also need to be listed in the first-in chart for you to raise them. Otherwise you should fold.
What exactly does it mean? Why is first-in chart important in this situation?

      Hi Baxter82,

1,...Some basic advices You can find here.

2,...The chart "Actions against callers in front of you - Calling/Raising" is considering only action in front of You. But there are players left to act behind You. More players behind You the bigger chance one (or more) of them is holding a very strong hand. By raising with marginal hands (not listed in "first-in" chart) You will often isolate Yourself against this type of hand which will cost You a lot because You will very often hold "second best" hand.
