      I'd probably call the flop to re-evaluate the turn. He's not even betting 1/2 pot. I often see people make these kind of plays with underpairs, all of which you're beating here.

      I'd call the flop and try to get to showdown. If he fires a 2nd barrel on the turn I'd have to fold, unless he bets some stupidly low amount again like 1/4 pot or something.

      Most people have some pocket pair lower than Kx when they do that. They just know you're gonna c-bet and don't like the check/call line, so they bet to make you fold your air before you put them to a decision. Sometimes you will see Kx too, from players who just bet their hand face up (i have top pair, i'm betting).

      I'd definitely call the small flop bet and expect him to shutdown on the turn most of the time if he doesn't have Kx.
