When you are the preflop aggressor, it says you're supposed to bet or raise once on the flop against 1 or 2 opponents. What do you do when consistently check raised on the flop heads up, with a following donk bet on the turn?

I've been coming across this quite a bit lately, regular opponents seem to be waiting for the c-bet and raising on non ace flops when i've raised preflop, then donk betting turn and river. Should i perhaps 3bet some flops unimproved and raise turn, or just keep calling the flop raise and folding to the turn donk bet if unimproved?

Bet your made hands for value and then you can call the flop and raise the turn OR you can 3bet the flop and lead the turn. When you get check raised you can sometimes check behind if you know they are going to constantly check raise you because sometimes its just not worth it to bet and then call another bet knowing you have to fold the turn if you dont improve.
