Do you think villain bets weaker K on river? Or maybe 3 barrels bluff?

And do you raise it at any point?

Unless villain has some kind of 4-bet bluff tendencies 3-betting is also ok pf ip. Although call is also ok.

Raising on the flop: which hand do you raise there for value: 44/66? and which would you raise as a bluff (semibluff)- any flushdraw, random hands? So I think you can raise KQ for value there and get all-in, since your range for raising value is so narrow, that good players would likely call you down with weaker Kx hands or raise with flushdraws.

If you decide to call on the flop, then calling down is perfectly ok.
