i call preflop searching for the set with the call 20 and on the flop i have an overpair, and with position i decide to float the preflop raiser, on the turn i prefer to check looking for a cheap showdown, and on the river with a half potbet i decide to call thinking that he could be betting with 55, 66, 77 or maybe 22, but i think that the A on the turn could be in the range of the BB and i think that if i had bet the turn probably ill take the pot there, betting with position with the scarycard

I´m not sure how BB could have there A or J (maybe he just decided to c/c oop with A high), but when he bets on the river, he likely has you beat.
I think you can fold there.
You can also bet the turn, since you´re ip and it is likely that noone doesn´t have the A, so they would c/f often enough.
