      Flop: ($3.56) 3, K, J (2 players)

      Turn: ($3.56) K (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.56, SB calls $1.56.

      River: ($6.68) 2 (2 players)
SB bets $13.70(All-In), Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $6.68.

      Villain - 64/ 12/ 1.73/ 69 Hands.

I should of C-Bet the flop but i was busy on another table an it checked me. Should my turn bet of been bigger or is this a reasonable size with me still having second nut flush outs.

Actually looking at it now it's not even half the pot, so it should of been bigger anyway haha.

      You´re a littlebit deep.
So imo you can also go for pot control and check back flop.
I think your turn bet is ok, he likely doesn´t have K, you have second nut flushdraw and likely best hand. So betting half pot there is ok and then taking free showdown.
      River fold seems also ok.
