      I think that the 3bet PF was not the best option, you have only 20 hands of this guy and he raised 33% wich are 6/7 hands, so you dont have any information on what he could be holding and his raise is from UTG so i think that KQ would be a very dominated hand

      on the flop u make cbet wich is ok with that board, good check behind on the turn, and on the river that K completes straights like AQ or Q9, but i think that it was a good call because many players bet the river if you check the turn no matter what they have

      I also think that KQ is too weak to 3bet UTG raiser. I was thinking about a minraise on the river but I guess a call is the best option here as he will only call with better hands.

      I think you can isolate UTG min-raise, since he is so loose and you´re on the bu.
      I think you can also consider barreling on the turn to make him fold lower pp-s, although since he is going a lot to showdown check back is also ok.
      river call is ok, I don´t see much value raising there and you can´t fold.
