      If you know he's calling way too much it's fine, he might have a lower 1 card flush, a Q he picked up along the way, maybe 9x, or even better made hands if he is passive enough postflop and/or scared of the flush. If you bet huge he might find a fold, but for that price he'll likely call you. You might be able to pump it a bit to like $1.6 but given the hands you are targeting i wouldn't go higher than that unless you know he can't lay down 9x for sure.
