Am I loosing value on river by c/c, maybe should I bet?

I put his range most of the time on draw/ sometimes weak J or overcards.
I don't see him calling with busted draw, and maybe he will try bluff me with draw, or rep 8

I would raise one limper preflop with 9To.

As played, I would bet on the river. I like playing straight forward in a limped pot (to get maximum value). I do not like c/r beacause he will not call you with worse than trips. And if he has trips, he will likely raise you.

Bet to get worse hand to pay you (which would otherwise check behind).
