      I don't know why you're raising to 2.5x but i'd likely make it at least 3x even from late position.

      The c-bet on the flop is standard. The K on the turn makes it incredibly unlikely that you have one, and also gives everybody with a pair a full house. You even see people peeling that turn with A-high, tho they are never folding a boat. Without a read on SB that he is very weak/tight postflop i don't think you can make enough hands fold to make 2nd barreling this profitable.
