      Fold river? Previously I had done this same line against him and he folded turn, so I thought he wouldnt believe I had the A.

      Why do you pot every street? I'll pot the flop on a limped pot, but I'll bet less on later streets. like 65% - 70% on turn. And on the river I'll bet like 30% - 40% max, as there are many hands that beat us. It's a b/f river. I mean, he's fishy, but is he really gonna call call and raise river with something that you beat?

      I don't really mind potting the turn he could still have lots of draws, but i agree that your hand is not strong enough to pot the river, not by a long shot, even against that guy. I'd bet maybe half pot in case he can't fold a lone 8x or happens to have one of the few aces we beat, but we're definitely folding to the raise.
