I would fold that preflop. Just because villain is somewhat deeper and very loose doesn't mean we want to play pots out of position without initiative with hands that most of the time won't flop us anything good enough to fire for value into a calling station.

As played if you know CO will float with overcards, which he almost certainly will, then it's fine to value bet even 2PNK into him.

As played on the turn you luckbox another 5 so you have to continue betting. When he raises it's a mixed blessing, there isn't really anything to get excited about for him on that board. He won't ever raise with a lone top pair and he won't raise as a bluff either, so our only fear is that he has a better kicker than us with the last 5. He might have a boat too and be taking the usual c/c c/r line. Maybe he's doing that with an overpair too sometimes, since he doesn't raise anything preflop, but he might also just raise the flop with it.

      Against sometimes like { KK+, 77, 33, A5s, K5s, Q5s, J5s, T5s, 95s, 85s, 75s, 65s, 52s+, A5o, K5o, Q5o, J5o, T5o, 95o, 85o, 75o, 65o, 52o+ }, provided he goes broke with all of those hands which i think he will, you're a favorite so it's fine to get all the money in there.

Given the stack sizes i would probably just make it like 25$ tho, it's enough to get everyone committed, he won't care about the difference and we're not trying to protect against anything since he never has a draw. I don't think he's ever folding but i'd rather not take any chances with a biggish 3bet. Then obvious shove on the river.

      Hope it helps.
