I got a bit scared of the Q. It could be like a low queen he's donkbet/calling on the flop. Is checking behind the turn good and then doing a small value bet on the river against this 44wts?

Since his vpip and wtsd is very high then he´d likely c/c all the worse hands and c/r better hands
I think you loose value if you check behind on the turn.
I´d bet river at least 5$.
