      Any other stats on him? Against his range you have 52% equity, but he could have many different holdings here. Against the range I gave him of sets, two pairs, Pairs + gutshots/OESD's and flushdraws, you only have 37% equity.

      Unless I knew he was donking with a huge range I would fold. There's nothing that you beat, and you don't have too many clean outs.

      ~50/3 players tend to be calling stations rather than aggro monkeys. Without a better read and since you don't beat much with A-high and your draw isn't that strong (he could have a flushdraw or Jx with a pair himself), i'd take a pass on that one i don't think it's worth the trouble.
