Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      MP3:
      $3.73
      CO:
      $4.24
      BU:
      $14.61
      SB:
      $17.28
      BB(Hero):
      $10.00
      UTG1:
      $2.15
      UTG2:
      $2.00
      MP1:
      $10.30
      MP2:
      $8.83

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, J.
      3 folds, MP2 calls $0.10, 3 folds, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks.

      Flop: ($0.3) 2, 6, 9 (3 players)
SB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, MP2 folds.

      Turn: ($0.9) K (2 players)
SB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30.

      River: ($1.5) 9 (2 players)
SB bets $1.10, Hero raises to $2.50, SB calls $1.40.

      Final Pot: $6.5.

Problem here is river. I thought long to call or raise. Decided to make a little raise here - he may call it with K and with weaker 9. But what to do if he raises me on river? They tend to do this with every 9 (at least I think so) but could easily have some set or Q9, K9, A9.

Seems like SB has 9x or draw. Imo you can raise turn, trying to take down pot. he fold thjere often enough.
I´d also raise river, since he has there a lof of 9x or Kx hands that call your re-raise. I think you can also make it 3$.
