      I like the river bet, when he checks back the turn he probably doesn't have a strong hand, maybe something like 8x 9x or a weak Jx that wants to see a showdown, and it's possible these hands made two pairs along the way and/or will pay off a river bet anyway.

      When he minraises tho i think that means Tx almost always, it fits the betting perfectly and that guy can't have 5x there. Given the odds and the fact that you don't know the player, you can probably call on the off chance that he's doing that with two pairs.
